在某些情况下可能会出现更改了 g4 文件但是尚未执行 pnpm antlr4，将此校验添加到 ci 中
执行完 antlr4 通过文件前后的 hash 值来判断是否有更改，如果有不一致则判断当前文件尚未执行，抛出异常
如果通过增加 check 字段，判断为 ci 执行，只有在这时候才跑出错误，本执行不会报错
