xtremepaper downloader

my current python version : 3.5.2

now is quicker than ever before - multiprocessing implimented. download all the papers in a few minitues.

won't work in py2

*I don't have time to update this project any time soon, but aaqsr is currently working on it https://github.com/aaqsr/xtreme-papers-dl and it currently works for O LEVEL papers

required module:

• BeautifulSoup
• requests
• urllib
• ~~cs50 (but only a get_string() at l:79)~  

input:

• input syllabus code (recommend) - currently support following all syllabus code
• local syllabus code - local stored syllabus code are as follow
