feat(api-nodes): add "viduq3-turbo" model support

Changes proposed in this PR:

1. New viduq3-turbo model
2. New Vidu3StartEndToVideoNode node
3. Fixed price badges, and price now is now additionally displayed in the status

Note: I did not add the 2K resolution to the Vidu3StartEndToVideoNode node as Vide had removed 2k resolution from their docs.
