Partly addresses the problem raised in #617
This will ensure cached poco factories are only used if the number of columns returned by the query has not been changed. This is not foolproof, as columns may have been added to one table and removed from another, but it seems like a worthwhile improvement.
NB: I only have SQLite on my local machine, so would appreciate it if someone could fix the test to work with other databases if necessary.
