Summary

Purpose of change

#76818 is online, time for json churn

Describe the solution

As title says, add said flags to spells that might need it
also edit description of one spell because it was worded poorly (by me, two years ago, when i added it)

Additional context

I took a sin and made this PR for vanilla and multiple mods, hope it won't be considered as omnibus
