Type of Change

• New feature

Description

• automatically adds/removes labels to PR's based on body using template components.
• if label does not exist yet, it will add it so no need for additional config outside of the workflow
• Labels will be automatically applied/removed from PR's based on checking following checkboxes:

- [ ] Bug fix -> "bug"
- [ ] Documentation update -> "documentation"
- [ ] Refactoring -> "refractor"
- [ ] Hotfix -> "bug"
- [ ] Security patch -> "bug"
- [ ] UI/UX improvement -> "UI/UX"

Testing

• Tested on own repo, worked with adding and removing labels. mwm

Impact

• Chris does not need to manually label the PRs anymore, it lies in the hands of the OP to correctly label the PR.
