The Catima permissions had to be split per package-name to avoid conflicts between debug and release channels due to mismatching apk signatures. See CatimaLoyalty/Android#1411

Fix the permission conflict introduced by #1121
Tested with a debug build of Gadgetbridge + release apk from #1410
