Change mscr copy to convert to mscr format

Added Changes:

1. Changed MSCR copy option to convert to MSCR format.
2. Make convert to mscr option only available for CSV,JSON and XSD schemas

You'll also want to change the title of the modal and the button text.
Keys in the translation file:
content-form.title.schema-mscr-copy
content-form.button.mscr-copy

This is good for now, but the action menu change as to when the action will be available needs to be done on a different ticket.
