This PR adjusts Nuxt configuration to prevent an i18n-related SSG hydration mismatch affecting the CfP anchor and to allow configuring the build output location via an environment variable.
Changes:
- Disabled
@nuxtjs/i18nbrowser language detection to avoid locale/anchor mismatches during hydration. - Added Nitro output configuration driven by
NUXT_OUTPUT_DIR(currently applied topublicDir).
