3.3 Production systems
Within this folder production systems data (eg, harvested area, production quantity and production value) is analyzed at the regional level (23 regions around the world) in order to estimate interrelationship between them with regard to primary regions of diversity. The information is plotted through link{circos} diagrams: static and interactive. The folder’s structure as follow:
_circos: it contains code, and previous figures and inputs/outputs for doing a static circos plot using information from interdependence analysis.
_interdependence_analysis: this folder has code, inputs and outputs used to make the interactive online analysis.
