Proposed Changes

• If SD card is available then use this on first page load.
• Tidy up of showOneInput dialog + add support for setting the text input field and data-cache - this has been * implemented so the existing file/folder name is prefilled on the rename dialog.
• Add toggle to hide/show the 'Navigating...' overlay in the Navigator - added to main Settings dialog.
• Add link to Custom WebUI wiki page - new wiki content in Custom WebUI from SD Card or LittleFS #1637
• Minor changes to text for readability.
• In patch.py added the output of the minified files, this is commented out and was useful for checking the file content before gzipping. I was attempting to reduce the file size even further, however my changes resulted in very small savings and ended up with poor code readability.
