Boardoza TPS63020 Buck-Boost Converter Evaluation Board

The Boardoza TPS63020 Buck-Boost Converter Evaluation Board is designed around the Texas Instruments TPS63020 high-efficiency buck-boost regulator IC. It provides a stable and flexible power solution for systems powered by a wide range of sources such as single-cell Li-ion batteries, multi-cell NiMH/NiCd batteries, supercapacitors, or regulated rails.

This evaluation board supports automatic transition between step-down and boost modes, ensuring continuous operation even when the input voltage is above or below the desired output voltage. It operates at a fixed 2.4 MHz switching frequency, enabling compact design and high efficiency across the full load range. The board allows output voltage selection via jumper configuration and delivers up to 3 A peak current with up to 2 A continuous output current at 3.3V.
