Write passphrase down dialog funky

Describe the bug
It's super wide and missing its icon since gedit was removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run Bails on Tails 6.

Expected behavior
Have an icon and wrap the text before filling the entire screen's width

Additional context
It's likely all dialogs with the same parameters will do this, find and replace all gedit references and change them.
