Changed the LibsDisguises Maven repository URL and updated the dependency declaration in core-plugin. Removed the old compileOnly dependency and added an implementation dependency with the correct group and version.
Introduces ArgParserPotionBuilder and ArgParserFireworkBuilder for handling potion and firework item arguments, respectively. ArgParserColor is updated to support PotionMeta in addition to LeatherArmorMeta. Registers the new parsers in EcoSpigotPlugin to enable their use in item argument parsing.
Fix old placeholders not removing from registry
Add CoinsEngine integration
