Update GitHub action to install SVN before deploy to WordPress.org
Also update PHPUnit configuration to be more strict about deprecation notices.
Added a check to ensure that the content and excerpt of password-protected posts are not exposed in the zone feed. Updated unit tests to verify this security fix.
