Implemented your fixes, but have no images for Windows 11 :( Not sure if the windows 11 Open With submenu is even structured like that, but whatever. |

Adds a FAQ page for a common issue I see, people's game shortcuts showing up as .URL files with no app to open them. I don't have a picture for this happening on windows 11. Reformatting tweaks are welcome.
