Can we remove https://github.com/ArmDeveloperEcosystem/arm-learning-paths/blob/main/learn-image-sitemap.xml and also update deploy.yml if we're only using sitemap.xml and not using any separate image sitemap? |

This PR cleans up the robots.txt configuration for Learn by removing the reference to learn-image-sitemap.xml.
