It's time to prepare for v8 release. The following is a roadmap for discord-player v8:

Multithreaded discord-voip (allow voip process to happen on a worker) #1972
Remove current extractors api and implement a plugin system with the following types #1973
- Extractors plugin (handle metadata/stream extraction)
- Audio transformer plugin (ability to plug in custom audio filters transformer)
- Queue plugin (ability to add new methods/override queue system dynamically)
- Client adapter plugin (ability to use custom clients from different libraries)
Servers (ability to host a discord-player server and allow clients to connect to it, similar to how lavalink does) #1974
Performance optimizations #1975
Remove official extractors and let community manage it (at the core, we don't want to support anything by default) #1976
