The Grids tutorial has been amended to comply with the new HZ naming conventions.
⚠️ DO NOT MERGE before PR #29.

Description

  • Authoring Sandbox -> Document Model Sandbox.
  • Update all relevant screenshots.
  • Update source code folders (script -> documentSandbox).
  • Update all links to the SDK Reference.
  • Fix the link to the samples repo.
