Remove quotes around annotations in ffmpeg docs.

  - Removing nested quotes around the annotations in example commands:
  - Better matches the upstream ffmpeg example commands (https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.html).
  - Reported issue may have been Windows-specific, due to different rules for escaping quotes.
  - Since it seems to be more reliable without quotes, let's remove them from the official documents.
  - Fixes #15.
