After solving issue #9.

To indicate that we wait for the duration of the first marker, the timing table should be restructured in the following way:

Split the table into two parts
First column to the left for wait durations with marker ids as the row index
Second column to the right and slightly lower for transition durations with source and target marker ids (e.g. 1->2) as row index
