Improvements + dockerfile

The current status:

• Dockerfile is WRONG, will be fixing
• implemented GET from redis
• added redis implementation methods
• can write into redis!! WOW
• links are generating and saving at redis
• working solution and redirect works
• works with redis with stat
• zap log intergrated
  NOT fully done yet:
• tests for redis and in-memory
• normal connection to DB
• full logging integration to all modules
• dockerfile is not correct
• not fully dont for docker composer, is it works now only for redis, whcih you need to run separately
