1. Receving responseText from remote validation …

   If none error pharese via http status is send/recived, then try to
   receive responseText (before default error)
   
   The reson for this change:
   Not every enviroment allow to send & recive additional phrase with http
   status code.
   Also there is problem with sending some utf-8 characters this way.
