At installation step "1. Clone and install dependencies"
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
tensorflow 2.7.0 requires tensorflow-estimator<2.8,~=2.7.0rc0, but you have tensorflow-estimator 2.5.0 which is incompatible.
albumentations 0.1.12 requires imgaug<0.2.7,>=0.2.5, but you have imgaug 0.2.9 which is incompatible.
Successfully installed flatbuffers-1.12 grpcio-1.34.1 keras-nightly-2.5.0.dev2021032900 opencv-python-4.2.0.32 tensorflow-estimator-2.5.0 tensorflow-gpu-2.5.1 typing-extensions-3.7.4.3 wrapt-1.12.1 yolov3-tf2-0.1
then in next cell ImportError: cannot import name 'LayerNormalization' from 'tensorflow.python.keras.layers.normalization' (/usr/local/lib/python3.7/dist-packages/tensorflow/python/keras/layers/normalization/__init__.py)
After kernel restart, ImportError arises again.
