[Bug] Album Art not Displaying if Encoded with WebP

Description

If a .webp image file is written to an .mp3 file using a tag editor (I use MP3Tag), the album art is not displayed in Symphony.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the tag information of an MP3 using the editor of your choice
2. Use a .webp image file for the cover
3. Save the track and load it onto your device
4. Re-scan Symphony so it detects the new track

Expected Behavior

For it to display the album art as it would with .jpg or .png
