  • The close button should hide the traffic-control bar when clicked.
  • Hovering over the close button should inform the user of the hotkey.
  • The hotkey should toggle the visibility of the traffic-control bar when pressed, and be configurable via the constructor.
  • The visibility setting should be persisted in local storage.
