While making the v2 template I found out v3 of Vite had been released recently, but vite-plugin-nodecg is still on v2 so I can't use it until that has been updated.

The @vitejs/plugin-vue dependency would also be able to be updated in that case, because that relies on Vite v3 too.

Started making a PR on vite-plugin-nodecg to update it to Vite v3; see nodecg/vite-plugin-nodecg#1.

Vite v4 is out now as well, so when we bump it should be to that.

Have now bumped all appropriate things, and am using an RC of vite-plugin-nodecg. Will do some more testing before I close this issue however.
