Puppeteer 23 Page.pdf() method return value changed #16

Describe the bug
Since Puppeteer 23 the Page.pdf() returns Uint8Array instead of Buffer, so PDF generation is broken right now

Expected behavior
When Page.pdf() returns Uint8Array the return should be wrapped into Buffer to keep old behavior.
