Wait for 1 mod to finish packing

I'm getting stuck on Waiting for 1 mod to finish packing. These are the options I have selected: http://i.imgur.com/mJhWPdB.png

The app becomes unresponsive and closing it generates an Application Hang report in event viewer if you would like that as well.

Running windows 10 x64.

Just noticed this only happens when Use Solder Installation is enabled. Have Create Technic Pack and Solder pack type.

If You're running the program inside a zip, try to extract it. If you aren't please send the problem history (Security and Maintence Control Panel)

Definitely not running it inside a zip. Here is the problem details:

It only ever happens when I have the Use Solder Installation enabled. What i've been noticing is some times it doesn't hang but it will complete and generate a mods list but not a mods folder.
