Is it impossible to use functions such as pd.read_html or requests.get in Judge?

I tried to read a certain table from the web through pd.read_html in the Judge environment.

However, in my opinion, it is probably impossible to access from judge to web.

At first I thought it was a problem with pandas, but the same thing happened with the requests module.

Any workaround? (All necessary system calls have been mapped through judge_client debugging.)

It is supposed that way and I hope no work around ,or your server will be vulnerable to hacker's attack.
