when chart is flatlined, the line disappears in to the x-axis

I have a variable I'm monitoring for percentage battery. it's a slowly changing value.

on the chart it's a flatline that sinks into the x-axis. it would be nice to have it render

the overview page seems to do a better job making the flatlines legible

@landlessness Maybe we need to have some logic that if min/max are the same value then the line should be rendered in the middle of the graph?
