Booting the release RAM image doesn't start tty or serial console #2

Could be... I haven't touched this for a while and I no longer have HP Prime G2 to play around. If the released RAM image was generated using the buildroot configuration provided in the repository (I don't remember), then yes, I forgot to enable getty for the USB serial.
Specifically, in the README, I mentioned that /etc/inittab needs to be modified to enable USB serial, but in the build configuration, inittab is neither in the overlay (https://github.com/zephray/prinux/tree/master/buildroot/board/prime/overlay) or is modified in the post-build script (https://github.com/zephray/prinux/blob/master/buildroot/board/prime/post_build.sh).

I'm currently compiling the buildroot image and will see how that goes

Well the default buildroot build is too big for RAM boot. I'll have to poke around some more.

Unless... can you create the RAM image like you did but with Virtual TTY and USB serial enabled? I will happily try booting it.
