Cannot move window when holding down left mouse button on sidebar #10278

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
When I received 1.15.5b today, I noticed I have been unable to move around the browser window while holding down the left mouse button, like I was able to do in previous versions. I can only move the window by using the top title bar.
Expected behavior
Holding the leeft mouse button while in the sidebar allows you to move the window around
Actual behavior
No longer moves around the window. It now simply does nothing.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Zen with version 1.15.5b installed
- Move the mouse to the sidebar and hold the left mouse button and while holding the button move the mouse.
- This usually allows you to move the window.
