Pinned tabs reset to pinned URL at startup even with related setting unchecked #10172

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
I noticed that a wiki I kept on my pinned tabs reloads every time at the URL I pinned in with, despite staying on a specific page that I wanted to keep. However my setting to load pinned tab to the pinned URL at startup is unchecked (in French -my language- : "Au démarrage, restaurer les onglets épinglés à leur URL d’origine").
As I thought it was maybe an issue related to the pinned tab being in a folder, I tried with Twitter, which is pinned to the home page, and navigated to the private message page, then restarted Zen and it loaded the home page.
This problem wasn't here before the recent updates, tho I'm not sure when exactly this started, I noticied this yesterday with my wiki page but thought I'd just want back myself.
Expected behavior
The pinned tab load the url I was on last time I used the browser
Actual behavior
The pinned tab open on the pinned URL
Steps to reproduce
- Pin a tab
- Navigate to another page
- Restart Zen
- Tab should load the pinned URL instead of the other page
