Change Keyboard Shortcut for Tab Switcher

Hi! New Zen user here! Very excited about this browser!!

Is there a way to change the keyboard shortcut for “Cycle Through Tabs?” Currently the only option is to use Control + Tab, but I'd like to change it to CMD + `. This doesn't seem to have the ability to be remapped via the keyboard shortcuts menu. Could we add it to that. If not, could someone please point me to where in the codebase this logic lives and how I might be able to create a mod that would allow me to change this.

This seems like a relatively easy feature to implement. Given the fact that there are shortcuts for everything, I don't see why there isn't a shortcut for this.

This is literally the only feature stopping me from switching to Zen. I use Arc (I hate Arc), but it has a shortcut for tab cycle and I can't live without it.

Potentially worth doing a change like this, and pairing it with #10045 to support a tab selector.
