Switch between stable and beta (twilight)

I can't seem to figure out a way to switch between stable and beta (twilight?) build channels.

I think I had my Zen on beta at one point, but I've since removed twilight (the blue icon).

However, my supposedly stable (black icon) Zen browser appears locked on beta:

There are only 2 release channels: beta and twilight. Beta is the stable channel and twilight is the unstable channel.

Do the Alpha build #'s correspond to twilight?
