Zellij shows weird pane names, when a zellij session is resurrected. And sometimes it becomes daunting to change pane names every time. And often most of the times people use one pane per tab so I think there should be a option to disable pane names.

You can disable pane frames,see:
https://zellij.dev/documentation/options#pane_frames

having panes frames without pane names isn't supported.
