Creating a new empty file panel search symbols

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

When I open zed with no project and create a new empty file.

In the left side panel Outline panel

• It recognizes the syntax as Untitled but I haven't written anything.
• When I click on Show symbol outline, the word untitled appears there too, in the modal that opens the word No matches appears, but the field is empty, I haven't written anything
• When I close the tab the modal is still open
