Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I was working with an MCP server that lets Claude Desktop modify files in a code repo. At the same time, I had the project open in Zed. The project is a Rust project. On multiple instances, I ran into the problem that Claude had changed some files, the changes were correctly reflected in Zed in the open tabs, but there were errors displayed that were actually already fixed. I had to frequently restart Zed completely to trigger the language server update.

Environment

Zed: v0.164.2 (Zed)
OS: macOS 15.1.1
Memory: 36 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

If applicable, add screenshots or screencasts of the incorrect state / behavior
