We need docs on deploying this / monitoring it / etc.

I just discovered this fork, and it seems the only one actually up to date... Is the gateway still usable as the original one, or is it only intended for Zapier workloads? I'm desperately looking for an aggregation gateway, ideally available from Docker Hub. This might just be what I've been looking for :)

@Radiergummi sorry for some reason I just saw this as it was on someone else's comment.

This should be good for any organization to use there is nothing specific to Zapier's workloads in this project.
