Description
This is a new modification of the Rosenblatt perceptron with S-A-R layers, with a neuron count of 784x16265x10, trained using the error correction method (without gradient calculation). It is currently implemented in C# with a C++ library.
I'm not entirely sure what you're asking me to do to consider including my results in your spreadsheet.
