terminal cli for xqerl

WIP a terminal cli for dockerized xqerl
see in action on github

Wriiten in bash it mostly aliases for docker exec commands e.g.

The xq put command
stores a known file types as XDM items
json array => array() item
json object => map() item
xml document => document-node() item
csv document => array(*) item

the xq query command
takes a xQuery string as an arg and expect return result string.
It has a limitation that if the xquery returns anything other than a string it will error,
Solution is to use serialize result expressions

xq query 'current-date() => string()'

the xq run command
takes 2 args

1. xquery main module file name
2. external arg passed to the xquery

xq run turtles.xq turtles
xq run turtles.xq elephants

by convention the turtles.xq file will be located at dir src/main_modules/ so there is no need to type in the path
