This task will set the targets of the joints to accomplish a desired pose.

Incomplete targets should allow the system to accomplish the desired pose without specifying all joint angles.

The system should also allow for specification of bone velocities at the target pose, for example specifying the move should be a gentle decelleration, rapid move, or to allow for a kick/punch/stab.
