The “turn off on screensaver” option is not persisted and is always reset to “on” after login.

The title says it all. I have no idea if this is a general OpenRazer issue or RazerGenie-specific. Most / all other configuration options are presisted and restored just fine, except for this one. Sometimes also “sync devices” turns “itself” on (which is an option that has never worked and IMO shouldn’t exist, but that’s off-topic).

This probably should become a persistent setting if changed by the user. In the past we didn't have anything like that but since some years we try and persist the effects that are set for a device, so it also makes sense to persist these settings - and maybe just remove them from the static config then?

Also regarding "Sync devices", this work for me last time I checked. What devices do you have? Note, that this setting on, you don't see it really reflected in RazerGenie but you should see it reflected on the actual devices. For displaying it correctly in RazerGenie there's #167
