[BUG]: Simplified Chinese language won't be displayed correctly when set to specific countries (United States, Great Britain, etc.)

Steps to reproduce the bug

When I set it to specific countries (United States, Great Britain, etc.), no matter whether I set the language to Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese, after restarting the app, Traditional Chinese will be displayed. Simplified Chinese cannot be displayed.
