I get 2 windows with this error whenever I play audio/add a card. I've had this for a long time, but it seems to only happen on Chrome. Vivaldi and Firefox work fine.

It also only happens when I play an audio for the first time in a session.

Anki 2.1.55 (01caec2a) Python 3.9.15 Qt 5.15.2 PyQt 5.15.5
Platform: Windows-10-10.0.19045
Flags: frz=True ao=True sv=2
Add-ons, last update check: 2024-04-03 21:55:06

127.0.0.1 - - [04/Apr/2024 21:39:26] Request timed out: timeout('timed out')

I've tried everything. Regenerating the database, reinstalling Anki and the addon, turning off "Periodically sync media" and automatic backups.
The audio gets added just fine, but it's pretty annoying when it accumulates a bunch of errors and I have to close them all individually.
