Update each track’s desktop header and footer per the comments provided in these JPGs

Updated Logos

All ACCESS logos will now include the NSF logo.

Please note: Use the supplied assets for the website headers. All logo elements have been exported as separate .SVGs so that we maintain consistency across websites.
