How to upload files to telegram ?
i have downloaded files with
/exec wget

how to upload them to telegram now ?

use /upload file name don't worry about spaces. to get the file name use /exec ls

Its a current bug of express upload.
go to /settings then control actions and then disable Express Upload then try. It will be fixed in the next update.
