Wrong package readme #1157

On NPM's website, this package https://www.npmjs.com/package/@sapphire/plugin-hmr correctly shows the readme
However if you use the yarn version https://yarnpkg.com/package/@sapphire/plugin-hmr, it shows the wrong readme for the package

I assume this is because the package is in a monorepo, and yarn is showing the root README.md instead of the actual package-specific README.md

Hello, the indexing has suffered an outage. It needs to catchup with immense NPM update queue.
It will be solved in a few days. Sorry about that.
