Install doc is broken except English page

It seems to be broken except English version:

• Operation system: and Version: labels are not translated (only : is printed).
• Operation system menu contains only macOS, Windows and Alternatives text.
  • Hidden label menu item works fine.

The problem seems to be on the ruby side of the data, this seems to be called https://github.com/yarnpkg/website/blob/master/_layouts/pages/install.html#L24

Maybe it has been removed from https://i18n.yarnpkg.com without falling back to the English version?
